Sponsorships Product Lead: Grow Publisher Monetization

Substack is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Sponsorships product, spanning new formats, advertiser and publisher tools, and the marketplace foundations that connect brands with thousands of publications. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Partnerships, and the Sponsorships team to translate early campaign needs into scalable products while maintaining publisher choice and reader trust.
