Job Title: Staffing Services Assistant
Monthly Pay: $5,100 - $5,600 USD per month
Summary: Recruiters and account coordinators hand off open requisitions to this assistant, who keeps hiring managers and candidates informed throughout early hiring steps. This fully remote, Michigan-based temporary role supports accurate staffing records, interview logistics, and responsive service from home.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming resumes against requisition notes and route qualified profiles.
  • Update candidate stages, contact details, and interview outcomes in HRIS.
  • Schedule screening calls and interviews across recruiter and hiring-manager calendars.
  • Prepare interview confirmations, status updates, and concise candidate summaries.
  • Collect reference-check details and flag missing application information.
  • Maintain orderly requisition files while following privacy and retention practices.
Qualifications:
  • Comfort using HRIS platforms or learning structured hiring systems quickly.
  • Ability to compare resumes with role requirements and document findings.
  • Clear, professional writing for candidate messages, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Sound judgment handling personal information and competing interview changes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; office, scheduling, or people-support exposure welcomed.
