We are a leading healthcare organization dedicated to serving the elderly population, and we are seeking a talented Remote SNF Billerto support our billing operations and maximize reimbursement outcomes. Are you an experienced SNF Biller looking for a rewarding remote opportunity? If so, we'd love to hear from you! TheRemote SNF Billeris responsible for coordinating and maintaining accounts receivable objectives to optimize cash flow. This role provides skilled nursing facility-level support related to billing, reimbursement, collections, and financial operations while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process billing for
- Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Carepayers.
- Review, verify, and update billing information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with facility and corporate teams.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Prepare financial and aging reports for management review.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date billing records.
- Assist with internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Handle sensitive patient and financial information in accordance withHIPAAstandards.
- Support reimbursement, collections, and revenue cycle initiatives to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of SNF billing experience required.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and skilled nursing reimbursement processes.
Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.
