Warrior Met Coal seeks a Vice President – Legal to serve as the chief legal adviser and a member of the executive team in Brookwood, Alabama. You will lead all legal affairs, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, risk management, and major transactions. You will collaborate with operations, HR, safety, environmental, engineering, and finance to protect shareholder value, oversee litigation and regulatory matters, and support growth in a complex mining environment.
