Job Full Description Shape Your Future-Molding Operator Openings on All Shifts! Join a manufacturing team where your attention to detail helps create quality products every day. Multiple shifts are available, making it easier to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
What you'll do:
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines
  • Load raw materials, including plastic pellets and resins, into equipment
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production
  • Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects
  • Use measuring tools and visual inspections to verify specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What you need:
  • Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $12-$15 per hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available
