Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and engineering within the plant Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects Lead team development and training efforts Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements:
3+ years of Maintenance Management experience within food and/or beverage manufacturing Experience working within a USDA-regulated facility Experience managing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems
