Director, Investment Accounting

Job Responsibilities: Lead analysis of investment performance by reviewing results and explaining key drivers of financial outcomes. Develop and maintain forecasting models across various asset types to support planning and performance tracking. Support close processes by analyzing results, identifying variances, and improving reporting accuracy. Prepare and deliver reporting materials for senior leadership and support presentations for key stakeholders. Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting tools, automating workflows, and strengthening data quality.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment related roles. Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and investment performance reporting. Ability to interpret accounting results and connect them to business and market drivers. Previous experience working across teams in a fast paced and complex environment. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.

Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools for analysis and reporting. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to leadership audiences. Proactive and organized work style with the ability to manage competing priorities.
