Gift Planning Director - Complex Gifts Lead

The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health seeks an Associate Director of Gift Planning to join its Gift Planning team. You will lead an accurate system for accepting complex gifts, including matured bequests, and partner with gift officers to align donor intent with the Foundation's mission. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Gift Planning, you will help finalize gift agreements, steward major donors, and ensure compliant gift administration in a dynamic fundraising environment.
