Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and developing compelling case themes in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilitiesIndependently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Develop compelling case themes that counter plaintiff narratives Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneysRequired qualificationsJD from an ABA-approved school Active bar license in New Mexico 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
