Remote Medical Intake Specialist - Bilingual

INDIGO is seeking a non-clinical remote healthcare role that involves speaking directly with patients, collecting and organizing medical histories, and ensuring medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training. You will conduct outbound calls in English and Spanish, with a remote schedule and a mandatory one-week in-person onboarding at our San Mateo location.
