Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)TYG is partnering with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an experienced leader to guide its Baltimore water/wastewater team. This role combines senior technical responsibility with day-to-day team leadership. You’ll oversee project delivery, mentor engineers and work closely with clients while helping shape the team’s continued development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multidisciplinary water and wastewater design projects
- Providing technical oversight, design reviews and quality assurance
- Coordinating workloads, staffing and project resources
- Supporting client relationships, proposals and project planning
- Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
What we’re looking for:
- 20+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and project management experience
- An active Maryland PE license
- A degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication, technical leadership and team management skills
