What You'll Do:
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will: Lead key components of the monthly close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and internal management reports Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across multiple entities Ensure GAAP compliance and support a strong internal control environment Handle revenue recognition, expense accruals, and partnership accounting activities Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Partner with leadership to deliver actionable financial insights Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during year-end audits and filings
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or CPA-track strongly preferred 510 years of experience across public accounting and/or corporate environments Strong foundation in GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting Experience with multi-entity and/or partnership accounting Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Sage, D365, or similar)Proven ability to own processes, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with leadership This is an ideal role for a motivated accounting professional who wants to step out of purely execution-based work and into a position with real influence, visibility, and upward mobility.
