Hotel General Manager — New-Opening Luxury Property

Desert Hospitality Management, LLC Career Center seeks a General Manager to provide executive leadership for all hotel operations as we open a new Hyatt Regency property in Tucson. You will ensure Hyatt brand standards and DHM policies, drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR, Security, and Events. Develop leaders, maintain owner and brand relationships, and champion safety and service excellence.
