We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. In this role, you'll help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and safely return to daily lifeall from the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do:
Provide in-home therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist
Guide patients through personalized exercise and mobility programs
Track progress and communicate updates to the care team
Educate patients and families to support recovery and prevent re-injury
What You'll Need:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Texas
Current CPR certification (AHA)
Valid driver's license & auto insurance
Home health experience (preferred)
Experience with Home Care Home Base (a plus)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting patients
