Staff Management Group is seeking a Material Handler for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PMMonday - FridayPlus Overtime
Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations by picking, inspecting, packing, and preparing clothing items for shipment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, maintaining product quality, and meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Pick clothing items from inventory shelves using order slips or digital pick lists
  • Inspect garments for quality, correct size, and order accuracy
  • Pack items securely and neatly following company packing guidelines
  • Label packages accurately and prepare orders for shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies at all times
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Job Requirements:
  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.3 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving or inventory systems
  • Ability to lift 3050+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
