Key Responsibilities: Soldering Operations Mechanical Assembly Inspection & Testing Documentation & Traceability Continuous Improvement Safety & Compliance

Education: High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred

Experience: ? 2 years in soldering and mechanical assembly of circuit cards (military, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing)

Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand-soldering, wave, and reflow equipment

Certifications: IPC-610/IPC-2221 awareness preferred, soldering certification a plus

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift to 25 lb, and perform fine-motor tasks repeatedly Other: Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to read engineering drawings Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components. Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) materials and handling. Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM).Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data entry in MES/ERP systems. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Working Conditions: Shift work (4/10 5:00a.m.-3:30 p.m.) overtime based on production demand. Exposure to solder fumes, flux vapors, and occasional loud equipment; appropriate ventilation and hearing protection provided Candidate must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide. Candidate must be able to read/write English.
