Anesthesiologist opportunity in Phoenix, AZA full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a busy academic clinical practice in the Phoenix metro area. This position practices ata community-based, university-affiliated teaching facility designated as an ACS-verified and State-designated Level I Adult Trauma Center and an ABA-verified Burn Center. Clinical Practice ScopeThe anesthesiology team supports a diverse and high-acuity case mix, including: Labor & Delivery Neonatal and general pediatric surgery General and robotic surgery NeurosurgeryENTPlastic and burn surgery Level I trauma Orthopedics and podiatric surgery Special procedures outside the operating room Additional highlights: Approximately 11,000 anesthesia encounters annuallyTEE equipment available for perioperative and critical care patients In-house call requirement of 45 shifts per month This role includes active supervision and teaching of: Emergency Medicine and Surgery residentsCRNAs and student nurse anesthetists Medical students
