Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to oversee daily operations for a busy ambulatory surgery center. In this role, you will manage clinical schedules, coordinate staffing, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support physicians and surgical teams to deliver excellent patient care. You will monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory, while driving workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations experience, knowledge of ASC regulations, and a collaborative leadership style aligned with our service-focused culture. Oversee day-to-day operations of ambulatory surgery center Manage clinical and surgical schedules and staffing levels Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety, and ASC regulations Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost controls Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and anesthesia providers Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and inventory Implement and improve workflows for efficiency and quality Track patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns Maintain accurate operational, regulatory, and quality records Lead and support a collaborative, service-focused team culture Healthcare operations management Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) management Regulatory and compliance knowledge Budgeting and financial management Staff scheduling and workforce planning Vendor and contract management Quality and patient safety management Electronic health record (EHR) systems Data analysis and performance reporting Leadership and team management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) preferred BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Knowledge of CMS, AAAHC, and Joint Commission standards Experience with ASC or hospital surgical operations
