Apply for this role →Senior Full-Charge Accountant📍 Charlotte, NC (In-Office)💼 Jan-Pro Franchise Development – Charlotte💰 $65,000–$75,000 + performance bonuses Jan-Pro of Charlotte is seeking a detail-driven, hands-on accounting professional to manage the full accounting cycle for a regional operation supporting $12–15M in annual revenue and 1,000+ customers. This is a true doer role—ideal for an Auditor or Public Accountant looking to transition into a stable, operationally focused position.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain an audit-ready general ledger and execute smooth month-end closes
- Manage full-cycle AP/AR, cash flow, and high-volume billing
- Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations
- Own collections and maintain DSO targets (18 days)
- Partner with the company CPA on monthly reporting
- Maintain financial data integrity across systems (QuickBooks & ExtraView)
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of accounting experience (public accounting/audit preferred)
- Advanced QuickBooks Desktop experience (ProAdvisor strongly preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, data cleaning)
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication skills
