Opportunity to Work with the World-Renowned John Deere BrandWhat You'll DoAs our Territory Manager, you'll develop and grow equipment sales throughout your assigned territory while creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to drive growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and sales presentations
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share
  • Research customer needs and recommend equipment solutions
  • Monitor competitor activity within your territory
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry networking opportunities
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve territory and company goals
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications - MUST HAVE HEAVY EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY SALES KNOWLEDGEProven success in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, or related equipment sales
  • Strong track record of growing sales and developing customer relationships
  • Experience managing sales territory and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and analyze performance metrics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
