Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and loan officers.
Lead Generation: Prospect, cold-call, run email campaigns, and network to develop new opportunities.
Market Targeting: Target title and escrow closing service customers within the local real estate and lending communities.
Industry Visibility: Attend real estate industry functions, community events, and networking groups to maximize visibility.
Funnel Management: Nurture, supervise, and execute your defined sales plan from end to end.

Qualifications:
Must have proven title and/or settlement sales experience.
Based in the DMV area with a functional home office setup.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or real estate networking.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a flexible, low-structure environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold-calling, prospecting, and managing a sales funnel independently.
