About the Role: We’re seeking a licensed or certified medical professional who brings both clinical capability and exceptional organizational skills to a dynamic hybrid role. The Concierge Clinical Care Coordinator is a multifaceted role designed for a licensed or certified medical professional who can move confidently between direct patient care, care coordination, practice administration, and executive support. On any given day, this individual may obtain a client’s vitals, start an IV, prepare an infusion room, coordinate an imaging appointment, organize records for an upcoming visit, and assist the physician with scheduling, correspondence, or follow-up on an important priority. Each part of the role matters. The right candidate understands that excellent concierge care depends not only on clinical skill, but also on organization, communication, discretion, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, highly organized, comfortable managing competing priorities, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the physician, the team, and the client experience. The position reports directly to Dr. Bordinko and the Operations Manager and may receive delegated clinical tasks from other medical personnel. Schedule & Hours Full-time position, 30+ hours per week Benessair Health’s business hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM This position primarily covers the weekday closing shift, typically starting between 9:00 and 10:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM, but may also require the occasional Saturday shift. Exact hours may vary based on physician scheduling and practice needs Clinical & Hands-On Patient Care Room clients, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare clients and exam rooms for provider visits Independently start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture and laboratory draws as a routine part of the role Administer injections and perform point-of-care testing within the scope of licensure or certification Support infusion and IV therapy services, including setup, IV starts, client monitoring, and supply management Maintain clinical and infusion-room supplies, infection-control standards, and health-code compliance Assist providers and nursing staff with procedures, troubleshooting, and other delegated clinical tasks Client Communication & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for concierge medical clients on both clinical and administrative matters Manage communication through phone, email, text, Elation Health, and in-person interactions Respond to client inquiries promptly, professionally, and with appropriate discretion Communicate multiple or evolving updates clearly and accurately Conduct proactive check-ins regarding wellness goals, screenings, laboratory results, specialist visits, and treatment plans Document client preferences and relevant personal details to support continuity and a highly personalized experience Appointment & Care Coordination Schedule appointments with internal and external providers, including direct communication with outside practices and imaging facilities Coordinate specialist referrals and track them through completion Follow up on laboratory work, imaging, and diagnostic testing Ensure outside records are received before scheduled client visits Obtain and organize hospital discharge records when applicable Monitor adherence to wellness and treatment plans and identify the need for follow-up visits, laboratory draws, or screenings Accurately file and organize records within Elation Health Executive & Physician Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to Dr. Bordinko and assist with professional priorities Manage and coordinate scheduling, meetings, appointments, and calendar changes Help organize daily priorities and ensure time-sensitive items receive appropriate follow-up Draft, organize, and track professional correspondence, documents, and action items Prepare relevant records, materials, and background information for meetings, calls, and client appointments Coordinate communication between the physician, clients, team members, outside providers, and professional contacts Maintain organized files and confidential information with a high degree of discretion Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up as requested Anticipate scheduling conflicts, missing information, and next steps before they become operational issues Support special projects and other executive or practice-related priorities as assigned Administrative Excellence Maintain precise, timely documentation and organized records Prioritize urgent requests and adjust quickly as clinical or executive needs change Assist with prior authorizations when required Obtain cash-pay pricing from outside offices when needed Occasionally assist with scheduling wellness services once core clinical and operational responsibilities are complete Follow assignments through to completion and communicate proactively when additional information or direction is needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field Active clinical license or certification, such as RN, LPN, or military medic/corpsman Ability to independently start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture and laboratory draws; candidates must hold current IV certification Minimum of two years of experience in clinical care, medical administration, care coordination, executive support, or a comparable position Demonstrated experience with appointment coordination, medical-record retrieval, referral tracking, and client communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Willingness to perform routine hands-on clinical, administrative, and executive-support duties as consistent parts of the position Technical Skills Experience with electronic medical records;
