What You'll Be Doing:
  • Complete apartment turns and make-ready units
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
  • Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot maintenance-related issues
  • Assist with groundskeeping and porter duties as needed
  • Support the onsite maintenance team in daily operations
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment
  • What It Takes to Succeed6+ Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, retail, or hotel environments
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs
  • Basic hand tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
  • Preferred but Not RequiredHVAC experience
  • Carpentry experience
  • Appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions, including sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
