SIXT offers a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into real leadership roles across the United States. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, assume early responsibility, and aim for a leadership position after graduation. You will explore Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management while receiving training in communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving. Expect up to 50% travel and a company car after program completion.
