Volunteer at an Organic Garden at Jovial Concepts!

What You Will Do: Volunteers will help with set up and maintenance for the urban gardens including turning soil, seeding, planting, weeding, and harvesting, depending on the time of the season. About the Organization: By transforming 40 urban lawns into organic gardens, Jovial Gardens by Jovial Concepts will grow enough fresh produce to feed 250 Colorado families. Using gardens as a classroom, participants learn sustainability, environmental awareness, healthy food practices, and how to combat obesity and other health issues associated with food hardships. You can sign up for this event, explore other upcoming volunteer opportunities, and discover events hosted by some of our nonprofit partners at Kynd Hub.org!
