  • Training/Base pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
  • The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.
  • We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $23.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
  • If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.
However, the earning potential is much higher!
About the Role: As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service. Requirements
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and the ability to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.
Travel: Willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Lodging and per diem are covered by SSI. Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
