Manufacturing & Distribution | Multi-Site Continuous Improvement | Operational Excellence*HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE***** Corporate Director – Lean Leader The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top Manufacturing & Industrial clients to help on-board a Corporate Director, Continuous Improvement to help them with an aggressive growth strategy they are currently underway with. This division is looking for a strong Operations and Continuous Improvement Leader to join their corporate team and continue to help the North American business unit expand & drive operational efficiencies – enterprise wide. This role will have the ability to own process, people & results - creating & influencing at a very high level. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive change across an organization - working at a high level to identify process gaps across all BUs.
