Oversee the performance and improvement of Jaindl’s golf and hotel properties, working closely with the existing operator and property managers.
Primary responsibilities:
* Review budgets, financial results and property performance.* Drive growth in golf, hotel, restaurant and event revenue.* Monitor guest experience, service standards and property conditions.* Recommend and coordinate capital improvements.* Hold regular performance meetings with the operator.* Report results, concerns and recommendations to Jaindl leadership. Working relationship: The operator manages daily operations.
