Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in New York, NY!Daily Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance. Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development. Manage high profile but limited client book. Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmHybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations experience Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
- Vendor management experience
- Accumulations experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
