Lease Renewals Associate Job Description Facilitate all aspects of the lease renewal process, including generating and reviewing Lease Expiration Reports, preparing renewal documentation, and coordinating renewal communication with residents. Meet with residents to discuss lease renewal options, answer questions via calls or emails, and provide clear information about renewal terms to support resident retention. Collaborate with asset managers on counteroffers and renewal negotiations to balance resident needs with company objectives. Draft renewal letters and related documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies. Assist in transitioning lease renewal processes to the Yardi software platform, including data entry, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth implementation. Provide professional, courteous service that enhances resident satisfaction, makes residents feel valued, and strengthens tenant relationships.
