Android POS Product Designer for Retail Ops

Scotch is hiring a Product Designer to own our Android-based POS used by cashiers and store staff. You will lead research with frontline users and translate findings into practical, end-to-end design that improves checkout, payments, returns, and back-office workflows. Work with product managers and the terminal engineering team to balance constraints, push back on over-specified solutions, and extend the design system across the terminal and web.
