What You'll Do:
- Drive month-end close — journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Own the accounts payable process
- Keep a close eye on operating results and chase down discrepancies
- Spot inefficiencies and bring fresh ideas to improve how things run
- Lend a hand with payroll when needed
- Jump into audits, software upgrades, and special projects that keep things interesting
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations
- Solid command of GAAPAdvanced Excel skills and strong overall Microsoft Office proficiency
- Sharp analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A cool head when priorities shift and deadlines loom
- Collaborative, energetic approach to your work
