On-Site HR Labor Counsel (Attorney)

Marion County is seeking a Human Resources Labor Counsel to join our team on-site in Oregon. The role focuses on employee and labor relations and requires representing the county in matters affecting the workforce. The candidate must be admitted to the Oregon State Bar and have five years of experience in labor and employment law, including negotiation, or an equally qualified mix of work and training as determined by Marion County. Public sector experience is preferred.
