Assistant Controller — Scale Finance with AI & Global Growth

Function Health in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to design, implement, and scale our accounting infrastructure. You will manage the general ledger, consolidations, AP, payroll, and intercompany cross-charges across domestic and international entities. Lead month-end closes, ensure GAAP compliance, optimize ERP and reporting tools with automation and AI, mentor accounting staff, and support audits and investor reporting while driving scalable growth.
