Regulatory Counsel — Utilities & Rate Policy

Power Lines seeks an Assistant Counsel in the Rates and Utilities Section of the Office of General Counsel. The role involves analyzing filings to prepare orders for PSC action, reviewing petitions for rehearing, and leading staff presentations in hearings and negotiations. Under the supervision of managing attorneys, you will perform legal research, draft memoranda, and edit discovery and testimony. The position requires NY Bar admission and strong analytical and writing skills.
