About the Role:
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its organization. The successful candidate will have full administrative authority and be responsible for overseeing the operations, including field, care center, veterinarian clinic, and licensing programs and services. This role involves driving the organization's mission, leading change, and modernization efforts, and ensuring the humane treatment of sheltered animals. The Executive Director will also be the primary liaison with the public, the Board of Commissioners, and various stakeholders, and will be expected to manage resources, people, and the budget effectively.
