Our Customer Service & Supply Chain team is the connective tissue between our brewery and our customers — keeping orders, complaints, and accounts moving without a hitch. We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our Supply Chain Manager in keeping the end-to-end process — from brewery to customer — running smoothly across our assigned states. You'll be the point person for order accuracy, complaint resolution, and strong customer relationships, with visibility into both supply chain and international distribution processes. A front-row seat to how our supply chain actually works, from production through delivery Real ownership over customer relationships and problem-solving, not just order entry Room to suggest and help implement process improvements — your ideas can actually change how things run Support a smooth, end-to-end supply chain process between the brewery and our customers Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately and on time Manage complaint intake, resolution, and customer follow-upOversee the complete process for beer and returnables Support reconciliation of customer accounts with breweries and Finance Build and maintain positive, lasting customer relationships Help identify and implement improvements to supply chain and customer service processes University education and/or relevant trade experience At least 1 year of experience in a transport, logistics, or sales operations role General knowledge of the ordering process, and delivery and payment terms Familiarity with supply chain concepts — production, warehousing, and distribution Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Fluent in English Familiarity with international logistics/distribution terminology Experience with SAP or other ERP business process systems A second language Medical, dental, and vision coverage — effective the 1st of the month after 30 days Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) eligible after 3 months, with company match — 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%120 hours of PTO annually, with accrual that grows the longer you're here9 paid holidays (if they fall on your scheduled workday)A free beer after shift, because you earned itSalary: $60,000/year
