Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide support throughout the procedure. Maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Assist with patient positioning and ensure the patient's safety and comfort during the surgical procedure. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and effective and document vital signs and other relevant patient information during surgery. Prepare and maintain accurate surgical records and to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure high-quality patient care.
