Live Events Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

Legends Global is seeking a Fulltime Purchasing Administrator to manage purchase orders and inventory for high-volume events at The New Highmark Stadium. You will coordinate cycles around game days, ensure accurate pricing and vendor setup, and partner with warehouse and operations teams to support on-site demand planning. The role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
