About the opportunity:
A confidential client is seeking a hands-on mechanical leader to own fleet and facility maintenance operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What you will do:
- Lead daily inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.* Manage parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and reactive repair work.* Lead and develop a team of mechanics while maintaining high standards for safety, uptime, and operational reliability.* Partner with operations to keep specialized equipment performing safely and consistently.
What you bring* Strong hands-on mechanical expertise with fleet, automotive, motorsports, industrial, or comparable mechanical systems.* Experience leading technicians or mechanics in an operational environment.* Sound troubleshooting, organization, and maintenance-planning skills.* A safety-first mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
