Senior Counsel, Real Estate Finance & Transactions

Empire Search Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for our New York office to provide legal support for complex bilateral real estate lending transactions from origination to closing. The ideal candidate will have about 6 years of transactional experience, including real estate finance, and will work closely with the General Counsel and business teams to manage loan portfolios through lifecycle stages.
