Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all company processes are documented and updated in the Quality Management System
- Develop and implement quality metrics to measure the performance of the Quality Management System
- Manages and updates the Quality Management System Manual
- Demonstrates excellent internal and external communication skills
- Creates and implements audit criteria to ensure adherence to company procedures
- Administers the company's corrective and preventative action program
- Ensures all new employees are trained in their relative QMS responsibilities
- Reviews company procedures for possible ways to improve efficiency
- Assists in external audits involving US and International regulatory bodies
- Assists other departments with document updates
- Supports and participates in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements by adhering to processes and procedures
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a QMS Manager
- Proven experience as a Compliance Manager preferred
- Conscientious and responsible
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify problems or potential problems and develop and implement solutions
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Education Preferred: High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's Degree in related field preferred 3 years' experience working within Quality Management and/or Compliance Monitoring systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Physical and Safety Requirements: You must be able to sit and or stand for long periods at a time
- Others: Extreme attention to detail
- Self-starter, does not wait for others to provide work, finds ways to keep busy or help others
- Works with minimal supervision
- Innovative/creative, finds faster ways to do things to save time for the organization and the client
- Flexible/adaptable to fast changing pace and instructions according to client priorities
