Executive Support Specialist | Onsite in Midtown | Up to $140,000 DOEWhat You'll DoProvide white glove IT support to senior executives and their assistants, owning issues through to resolution. Act as a senior escalation point for complex end user issues across the wider business. Support users across office, remote and international environments. Manage executive devices, including laptops, iPhones, Intune, Autopilot and Apple Business Manager. Support conference rooms, AV, executive meetings and business critical events. Manage onboarding, offboarding, hardware refreshes and IT assets. Maintain documentation, ticket quality and service levels. Participate in an on call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends. Identify ways to improve the executive and end user experience through better processes and automation.
