Senior Technical Business Analyst, Core Lending

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Technical Business Analyst for the Core Lending Team to define, scope, and test enhancements for SilverLake and CIF 20/20. This remote role requires proximity to listed office sites for occasional on-site onboarding or interviews. You will gather requirements, write BRDs and user stories, support QA, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to improve lending workflows and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required.
