Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, payroll, office administration, or a related role required
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable interviewing candidates and having difficult conversations when necessary
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship skills
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Able to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy

Position
Summary:
Join 4 Senses Luxury Home Services as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist earning $52K-$57.2K annually plus quarterly bonuses. You'll lead recruiting from application through accepted offer, support onboarding and employee engagement, maintain HR records, assist with payroll, and help leadership track hiring, retention, and employee performance. This role is ideal for a people-focused, organized professional who can build relationships while staying focused on results. Core Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Own the recruiting process from application through accepted offer
- Review applicants and identify strong candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews
- Maintain fast, professional, and engaging candidate communication
- Manage job postings across recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements
- Track recruiting performance, hiring results, and new-hire retention
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting speed, quality, and efficiency
- Continuously improve recruiting systems, processes, and candidate experienceHR & Employee Experience
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHRManage HR documentation, PTO, and attendance records
- Coordinate 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee check-ins
- Support employee recognition and engagement programs
- Help create a positive and connected employee experience

- Coordinate offboarding and exit interviews
- Track employee retention and turnover trends
- Serve as a reliable resource for employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Payroll Administration
- Review employee timecards and identify discrepancies

- Prepare payroll for final approval
- Answer employee payroll-related questions
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality throughout the payroll process
