Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, and to give senior leadership the analysis it needs to make decisions on growth, cost and capital. They are in the office 3 days per week. Manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working with business line leaders and finance partners Build and maintain financial models that track revenue, expenses, profitability and key performance indicators Support strategic initiatives, new business evaluation and ad hoc analysis for senior management Improve planning and reporting processes through automation, better data quality and system enhancements 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or management reporting, ideally in banking, asset management, insurance or another financial services setting ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, CFA or MBA a plus ~ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements ~ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus polished PowerPoint presentation skills ~ Experience with planning or reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI or Tableau) is a plus ~
