What you must have to be considered Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Approximately 5 years of experience in the retirement and pension industry Hands‑on experience across retirement and pension offerings such as defined contribution (DC), defined benefit (DB), annuities, NQDC, COLI, or pension risk transfer Strong ethics and work ethic, with a proven track record of building trusted client relationships Ability to translate client objectives into clear scope and executable tasks Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams These will help you succeed Advanced degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Ability to serve as a thought leader in retirement and pension industry best practices Experience creating consulting mindshare such as white papers, points‑of‑view, and case studies Experience building reusable consulting assets and practice capabilities Strong presence as a people leader who motivates teams and supports career development
