As we continue expanding in the Richmond market, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their professional skills, gain hands-on sales experience, and build a long-term career within a growing company. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you’ll work directly with customers in retail environments. You’ll learn how to represent client products and services, create meaningful customer interactions, generate new business, and contribute to sales growth through personalized, in-person conversations. Our training and development program is designed to help you build the skills needed to take on greater responsibility within the company. As you develop your sales, communication, and leadership abilities, there are opportunities to advance into additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
What You’ll Do:
Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales interactions Represent nationally recognized client brands in retail environments Introduce customers to products and services and identify their needs Generate new customers and contribute to daily sales and acquisition goals Build positive customer relationships through professional communication Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and customer acquisition initiatives Work alongside a team to achieve individual and company objectives Attend ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development sessions Develop skills in sales, customer acquisition, communication, and leadership Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the company
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to be coached Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
