Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time - Concierge Medicine

About the Position: This is an opportunity for an RN who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, working independently, and delivering personalized clinical care in a concierge environment. The RN will provide in-home nursing services, including IV therapy, phlebotomy, injections, wellness visits, and other treatments as directed by the provider. This role combines clinical expertise with care coordination and a commitment to an elevated patient experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and passionate about providing both excellent clinical care and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care Provide individualized nursing care to members in the comfort of their homes. Perform IV placement, IV therapy, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen collection in accordance with provider orders and established protocols. Monitor patients during and after treatments, assess responses, and communicate clinical updates to the provider. Conduct wellness visits, provide patient education, and coordinate follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to all applicable standards and regulations. Concierge Patient Experience Deliver professional, compassionate, and discreet, white-glove care. Build trusted relationships with members through personalized attention and proactive communication. Anticipate patient needs and ensure a seamless, comfortable experience. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient service. Care Coordination & Operations Collaborate with the provider and clinic team to coordinate treatments, appointments, lab work, and follow-up. Manage clinical supplies, medications, and equipment for mobile nursing visits. Maintain organized workflows and follow clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, and safety procedures. Contribute to improving clinical processes and the overall member experience.

Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Idaho. Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required. Strong IV insertion and IV therapy skills preferred. Experience in outpatient, infusion, wellness, concierge, or home-based nursing is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a high-expectation patient population. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the Boise area. Current BLS certification. Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 32–40 hours per week.$36–$45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).Immediate start. Flexible scheduling is essential to accommodate member needs.
