Chief Security & Safety Officer — Private Club

Bluejack Ranch is seeking a Security Director to lead the resort's security and safety program across the property. You will recruit, train, and mentor the security team while aligning strategies with our hospitality standards and delivering guest-focused service. You will oversee patrols, incident investigations, OSHA compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. A Texas driver’s license is required.
